The Cholesterol Support Formula contains two important ingredients to help maintain healthy cholesterol levels already within the normal range. Coenzyme Q10, also called CoQ10, is a natural substance, present in most foods, which acts as a powerful antioxidant and helps with energy metabolism. It prevents the oxidation of LDL cholesterol; maintains circulatory integrity and the health of vessel walls; and supports optimal functioning of the heart muscle. It is highly recommended to help support the natural production of CoQ10 in the body.*

The formula also includes Omega-3s. Primary Omega-3s include EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), an essential long chain omega-3 fatty acid that is produced from EPA. Both DHA and EPA are constituents of fish oil and promote and maintain the normal, natural restorative response throughout the body.In addition, EPA supports heart health and circulatory integrity and may help maintain healthy cholesterol levels already in the normal range. DHA is found primarily in brain and nerve tissue and is the omega-3 fatty acid essential for normal brain development and function. Omega-3 fatty acids may help maintain optimal day-to-day functioning and support a healthy outlook.*

The Cholesterol Support Formula is designed as an enhancement to our complete Antioxidant and Multivitamin, which is recommended for everyone as the basic foundation for insurance against nutritional gaps in the diet. It was developed for anyone concerned about their personal disposition for heart health and maintaining healthy cholesterol levels already in the normal range. Both Omega-3s and CoQ10 are fat-soluble and should be taken with a meal containing fat for best absorption.*

The Antioxidant and Multivitamin Formula includes a vegetarian liquid capsule containing fat-soluble vitamins, mixed carotenoids, selenium and coenzyme Q10 as well as two (2) tablets containing water-soluble vitamins, bioflavonoids and minerals. Unlike other supplements, the Weil formula contains natural mixed tocopherols and palm tocotrienols, providing all eight compounds that make up the vitamin E complex.
